One of the best ways to support the Gwinnett County Police Foundation is to partner with us and sponsor an event. Each level of sponsorship provides your organization with more connection in our event. Please select your sponsorship level and in the open popup window complete and submit the form.

In Kind Donations

"In-Kind” donations are donations of goods, services, or other assistance to the mission of a nonprofit organization.

 Often local business will help the Gwinnett County Police Foundation events through means other than money. Restaurants often provide meals to participants and our volunteers. Distributors provides products like drinks and bottled water. Other donors regularly provide the use of their specialized equipment which we would normally not have access to or be able to afford.

 The value of the “in-kind” donation is agreed upon and the sponsorship recognition is reciprocated to the donor for their support. These partnerships between the Gwinnett County Police Foundation are often the backbone of a great event!

Tickets

As a Platinum Sponsor your organization will be able to attend the event.  We ask to that provide us the attendee’s names if possible. If you are unaware at this time, please write “TBD” to hold the seats for your organization. If are unable to attend and wish to donate one of your tickets back to the Gwinnett County Police Foundation by typing “Donate.” We will then use your donated seat to invite a Gwinnett County Police Employee to attend in your honor.

Your organization’s logo will be prominently displayed at the event, on our website, and other event memorabilia.  Vector files are preferred when available.

Promotional Items

As a Platinum Sponsor you are allowed to provide promotional items highlighting your organization. These can be logoed gifts to be given away as a door prize or small logoed items that can be provided to all of the attendees. We will contact you and assist to facilitate receiving your items prior to the event. Also please provide a brief description of the items if able.

As a Platinum Sponsor you will be provided to opportunity to speak during the event opening if you wish to. Would you like to speak for one to five minutes?

As a non-profit charitable organization as recognized by the Federal Department of Treasury as a 501(c)(3), Federal ID. #58-2515113 we will provide you the necessary return documents for your records.

Please note that if you are making this donation in order to obtain the benefits provided in L.E.S.S. Crime Act you must be registered and approved by the Georgia Tax Center. It is easy to do if you follow these steps (link to page on site). If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us.
Please indicate that you have received approval and are making the donation to utilize the L.E.S.S. Crime Act. We will provide you with a receipt and Form IT-QLED-TP2 in order to confirm you made a donation to a qualified law enforcement foundation.
