In Kind Donations

"In-Kind” donations are donations of goods, services, or other assistance to the mission of a nonprofit organization.

 Often local business will help the Gwinnett County Police Foundation events through means other than money. Restaurants often provide meals to participants and our volunteers. Distributors provides products like drinks and bottled water. Other donors regularly provide the use of their specialized equipment which we would normally not have access to or be able to afford.

 The value of the “In-Kind” donation is agreed upon and the sponsorship recognition is reciprocated to the donor for their support. These partnerships between the Gwinnett County Police Foundation are often the backbone of a great event!

In Kind Donation

As a In Kind Sponsor, you are providing donated items for the benefit of the event.
These can be operational supplies for the event like services, equipment, food and drink or giveaways to the participants. We will contact you and assist to facilitate receiving your items prior to the event. Also please provide detailed description of the donation to include important information like quantity and type. Also, it is important that you tell us the value of the donation.

As an In Kind Sponsor, we would want to connect with you on our social media. Please provide us your social media name and which platforms you are active on.

 

 

Logo

As a In Kind Sponsor your organization’s logo will be prominently displayed at the event, on our website, and on other event memorabilia.  Please upload the digital file of your logo artwork here.  Vector files are preferred when available.

As a non-profit charitable organization as recognized by the Federal Department of Treasury as a 501(c)(3), Federal ID. #58-2515113 we will provide you the necessary return documents for your records.
