The Georgia Trauma Group worked in partnership with the Gwinnett Police Foundation to sell T-shirts in honor of Antwan Toney as a fundraiser and the effort was a success!
The Gwinnett Medical Center partnered with Score Promotions, Inc. to create a “1 Team. 1 Mission.” initiative T-shirt in support first responders. All proceeds from the initiative went to the Gwinnett County Police Foundation in honor of Officer Antwan Toney.
The fundraiser began on December 1, 2018, and was concluded on May 12, 2019. It was organized by the ER/Trauma Staff at Gwinnett Medical Center and information was sent to all the public safety agencies and hospitals (ER/Trauma Centers) in the metro area.
The link to purchase shirts was shared through social media and everyone was encouraged to participate. Many of the GCPD officers, Gwinnett Fire personnel and GMC staff purchased shirts to show support, which raised $3,200.
